About Area Fact Sheets
Area Fact Sheets help you to quickly explore a snapshot of economic data for your geography. We've taken inspiration from Annual Updates for Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies (CEDS) from across the country and held conversations with Economic Developers and site selectors across the country to compile a document that gives a glance of your community.
Accessing Area Fact Sheets
Select a county/counties in the selector dialog to open the Area Fact Sheets download dropdown button. If the selection already has a report generated, it will be available to download immediately. If not, the report will be generated, and the selection will update to be downloadable once the report is ready. You can also click 'Apply' to load the Data Explorer for the selected counties to view the full dataset while the fact sheet loads. Area Fact Sheets are also available on the data explorer page; click on the 'Area Fact Sheets' button on the top right-hand side of the data explorer page to access the same Area Fact Sheets provided on this page.
