- Evaluate and quantify impacts to local and regional economies from disasters and other disruptions;
- Incorporate an equity lens to economic development planning, project design, and program implementation;
- Provide rapid analyses of emerging economic development issues or policy trends; and
- Convene a network of government, non-profit, academic and private sector partners to regularly share economic resilience knowledge and best practices.
About NERDE
In partnership with the Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration (EDA), Argonne developed the National Economic Resilience Data Explorer (NERDE) to help a variety of users across the country with local economic development, recovery, and resilience analysis.
The NERDE is designed as a clearinghouse to bring resources from across the federal landscape together for easy and useful access. If you have questions or need access to technical assistance for the NERDE, please contact us at [email protected]
